  The Persian Journal of Seafood Science & Technology (PJST) is an internationally refereed academic journal and publishes peer-reviewed, original research, critical reviews, expedited communications or short communications papers and technical notes on applied or scientific research relevant to seafood science, aquatic products & technology. The goal of this journal is to record the latest findings and promote further research in these areas. Scholars from all relevant academic fields are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts that describe the latest, state-of-the-art research results or innovations.

 

  The PJST is an independent, non-profit publication, and is published quarterly in English. The journal is multidisciplinary and welcomes manuscript reporting significant new knowledge and understanding of seafood processing and technology. All inquiries are dealt with promptly. The contributing authors are solely responsible for the content of their manuscript. For question regarding manuscript submission, please contact: ediotr@pjst.ir or journal.pjst@jmail.com.
