The Persian Journal of Seafood Science and Technology (PJST) is an internationally refereed academic journal and publishes peer-reviewed, original research, critical reviews, expedited communications or short communications papers and technical notes on applied or scientific research relevant to seafood science, aquatic products and technology. The goal of this journal is to record the latest findings and promote further research in these areas. Scholars from all relevant academic fields are invited to submit high-quality manuscripts that describe the latest, state-of-the-art research results or innovations.
The PJST is an independent, non-profit publication, and is published quarterly in English. The journal is multidisciplinary and welcomes manuscript reporting significant new knowledge and understanding of seafood processing and technology. All inquiries are dealt with promptly. The contributing authors are solely responsible for the content of their manuscript. For question regarding manuscript submission, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
All manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board and qualified reviewers. Decisions will be made as rapidly as possible, and the journal strives to return reviewers’ comments to authors within 3 weeks. The editorial board will re-review manuscripts that are accepted pending revision. It is the goal of the journal to publish manuscripts within 4 weeks after submission.
